About me

Dr Claudia Hallett smiling in a white blouse seated on a blue chair, with a vase of flowers in the background.

As a highly specialist clinical psychologist who has spent 13 years treating, speaking, teaching, and writing about anxiety, trauma and depersonalisation and derealisation, I’m in a unique position of being able to say:

Your detachment experiences are not dangerous. They make complete psychological sense. Change is possible.

My passion is to help my clients feel less afraid of their symptoms and develop a new relationship to their experiences. I love sharing the neuropsychology behind why we can experience these sensations, and taking practical steps together to help you overcome these feelings.

There is always a story that makes sense of your experiences. Together we can find the way to a calmer you.
