I gained my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience Doctoral Clinical Psychology Programme at King’s College London. Throughout my professional career I have worked extensively with clients of all ages, but I now work exclusively with adults. I have worked in primary care settings (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies services, GP surgeries), secondary care community settings (Community Mental Health Teams), inpatient wards and National & Specialist services.

As a Clinical Psychologist, I am trained in a variety of psychological approaches (e.g. Mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Systemic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Schema Therapy), but my main speciality and expertise is in providing gold-standard Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Alongside private practice, I also have an NHS role as the Clinical lead for the Depersonalisation Disorder Service based at the Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma service at the Maudsley hospital. In addition to clinical work, I am also involved in the teaching and supervision of trainee therapists, as well as research and service development projects. I receive regular peer and 1:1 supervision from my Clinical Psychology colleagues and maintain a wide CPD portfolio. I adhere to the ethical codes of my Professional Membership bodies at all times.
